• Put together (very) short term cash flow forecasts. This can be as simple as a list of inflows & outflows with dates & see where the shortfall might be and what might be delayed.

• Do you have a longer term forecast? If not, start building one.

• Consider how to preserve cash, but be careful about capital projects that are essential for the future

• Government schemes - have you taken full advantage? Do you know the terms?

• Is there anything you can raise cash against? Assets, invoices

• Start to consider what activity is going to drive profit in the next 12 months and devote energy into that
